I should have read the reviews before going. It was like I was disturbing them from the moment I entered. Not even a simple greeting. I listened to them chat and watched them eat as if I was not even there. The pedicure itself was mediocre - I thought there would be more massaging feet as mentioned on the site. When I left I never even got a thank you or a goodbye.

The staff was extremely rude and helpful at all. No consideration towards the customer. A total discouragement from their end, as they didn’t seem to be interested at all. I did not end up with getting my nails instead I just left after the behaviour from the staff. Apart from that, the salon itself is very unhygienic and it smells when you enter. They should really work on their customer service and hygiene. Would not recommend going there at all. Find better options instead of this salon!

Deze salon berekend altijd veel hogere prijzen, dan die op de site of treatwell staan. Ook word dit pas achteraf verteld zodat je MOET betalen. Ik heb 60 euro betaald aan opvullen, op de website staat 22 euro. 60 euro is letterlijk een nieuwe set nagels, dat is onmogelijk. Ik werd uitgelachen in me gezicht toen ik zei dat dit te hoog was. Nare mensen, ik kom hier niet meer.

Je wordt gelijk geholpen, geen lange wachttijden en je krijgt mooie nagels :)

Ik ben blij met mijn nagels, dat zeker. Pedicure is ook heel netjes verricht maar wat is de service slecht daar. Heel onbeleefd en totaal niet klantvriendelijk.
