The products used for the treatment were very nice. Natalia is also a really nice person but she talked a lot during the treatment which I never experienced in other facial treatments and which is not very easy to relax. Nevertheless it was nice to talk to her. A big negative point were her very cold hands. Also the room was quite cold. The one-hour-treatment startet it 15:15 and was finished at 16:00...
