Semi-clean - spraying tools with alcohol rather than sterilizing them.
Filing the top of the nail with a very rough file first and then again with a finer one gave me the feeling that it was not good for my nails.
Cuticles are not well cut, but rather still peeling after the procedure, due to the use of a plier rather than a fine cuticle scissors.

Lovely clean and beautiful space! We had to reschedule at first, but she did her best to accommodate me as quickly as possible and was very honest about it. She gave me suggestions & advice based on care and interest on what she does, and also listened to what I wanted. I will be coming back!
