They asked me to pay more for the treatment I already paid for on this app, stating that it was not the price indicated on the app cause I had gel nails instead of “soft” gel. After a long conversation they just removed the gel I had and did not replace it with shellac as It was originally planned. The manager was not very willing to help and I was disappointed at their attitude. You can find cheaper and nicer places to go! On a positive note, Elaine is good at her work!
