Ik ben al een paar jaar vaste klant van Ely. Eerst toen ze bij een andere salon werkte, zodra ze haar eigen salon begon ben ik 'meegegaan'. Ik ga altijd tevreden weg, ze maakt er nooit een haastklus van en is ontzettend secuur. Ik ben vrij perfectionistisch - erg fijn om je nagels te laten doen door iemand die hetzelfde kwaliteitsniveau nastreeft. Ely is ook nog eens heel aardig en gezellig, we hebben altijd leuke gesprekken over de meest uiteenlopende onderwerpen. Kortom enorme aanrader!

The Shellac manicure is nice. I didn't score overall higher as I think there is room for improvement when it comes to keeping the appointment time. It was the second time I had to wait for more than 10 minutes as Elly was busy with another customer. I try to always make it in time as I know everybody's time is important. So my suggestion is to perhaps allocate more time for treatments in the booking tool to avoid having customers waiting.
