it was my first time here & definitely coming back. Everyone in the salon was so nice and welcoming, the atmosphere was so calm & my favorite part is that they take you along every step of the process so that it’s perfectly tailored to your wishes. I can’t wait till my next appointment, specifically with Lynn.

Linh was very sweet and lovely to chat to! However you do notice the employees are all in a bit of a hurry, which isn't very nice. I'm happy with my nails. But now I've had a closer look, some are done way thicker than others, the polish (glitter) is unevenly spread and my nails are filed unevenly. All and all I find it too pricey for the quality I received.

Ik heb zojuist een biab treatment gehad.
Ik heb aangegeven mijn nagel lengte te willen behouden. Helaas heeft ze mijn middelvinger nagel afgebroken aan de zijkant zonder wat te zeggen.
Dit viel mij zelf op waarop ik zei of ze dit kan bijvijlen zodat het niet opvalt.
Ik kreeg als antwoord dan moet het korter, dan is biab niet mooi. Je kan niet met 9 lange nagels en 1 korte.
Daarnaast vond ik het totaal niet mooi afgewerkt. Bobbelig en niet gelijk. Absoluut niet tevreden helaas
