I was there yesterday for a gel polish removal & new set, now 2 of my left fingers are inflamed. I’ve had great experiences with all previous technicians incl Nguyen who applied the new set. The specific technician that removed my old gel set I gathered was a bit pissed off that I was 10mins late (and 5mins more because we discussed a voucher). I completely understand, but I would’ve appreciated if she would‘ve been more careful with my hands, regardless of the time or how she felt.
