Just had my second Whole Body Cryo treatment, and I already feel a change. I wouldn’t say dramatic but definitely more energetic after the session, and I slept really well the night after the session. The second session was also easier than the first session despite being more cold. Looking forward to the next!

First time at Pragma Health, and I was a bit nervous about trying Whole Body Cryo. The staff immediately put me at ease! Joel explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. The space is clean, and welcoming, which really made me feel comfortable. I actually enjoyed the session more than I expected! and I felt great afterward. Looking forward to my next visit.

ik word fijn geholpen het was de tweede keer dat ik kwam je buik word gemeten en ik was verbaast dat het al een paar cm scheelde met de eerste keer . het helpt dus echt . ben benieuwd hoe het is als ik mijn kuur heb afgemaakt.
