I am very happy with the cut, but the colouring didn’t go well. I have brought a picture showing what I want. First attempt made my hair too dark, second - very bright. Naomi was able to fix it eventually but I was not offered a compensation or an apology. Naomi is a super nice person, but at some point I really didn’t feel reassured that my hair won’t be ruined.
