I wanted more volume on the top, layers and thinned ends. Now my hair is square and no volume on the top and no layers. I am sorry to say It does not correspond to the photos I showed as reference (of a haircut I had before). The lady was nice and we had a pleasant conversation overall. I just wish she listened to what I wanted. She also blowed dried my hair in a way that I looked like a lamp, ends pointing outward which I found very unflattering.
