I was greeted nicely and was asked what I was looking for and what my issues with my hair usually were. The expert was not pushy with any of their products and did not make me feel bad for what state my hair was in. The hair washing was done with care, not in a rush, and it was pleasant on the scalp. The treatments were really nice and made my difficult curly hair pretty for my birthday. Because of the special day I got a goodie bag to take home. The interior is very nice. Would recommend.
