Very disappointing. On Friday evening I’ve sent 2 emails with a request to reschedule my Sunday noon appointment. No reply. On Saturday morning I called twice, although Qoqo should be open at 11am, I got an automated tape. In the afternoon I finally got a person on the line, she told me she would check with the therapist and get back to me. Never got a call back. On Saturday evening I finally got an email reply, but now they don’t understand my very clear question. They did however cancel my Sunday noon appointment?! On Sunday morning I got a call while having breakfast with a lady stating several times they never promise to call someone back and only on the defensive, no apologies or anything. I finally ended the call with requesting the appointment to be cancelled and the money refunded. This cost me a lot of time, calls and frustration and is NOT an experience you want when looking for a moment of relaxation. Very disappointed.

Heb een heerlijke goede massage gehad ,was stijf mijn nek en schouders ,waren weekend Den Haag ,nu naar bezoek zit het weer los ,dame heeft veel ervaring en is zeer professioneel,mooi bedrijf keurig op noordeinde top locatie !Kan dit iedereen aanbevelen geef dame een 10 🍀🍀
