Ruben has a very strong connection with body and movement, which works fluidly into his practice and massage experience. He listens to your body, and understands how to work through muscle tiredness using flexibility and technique. The space itself is warm and inviting, which helps relax you into your body and process as the appointment unfolds. I can highly recommend a massage by Ruben and will certainly be returning again soon!
