Rita werkt heel hygiënisch. En luistert ook naar de wensen van haar klant. Geeft ook een eerlijke mening wat wel en niet staat. Ik ben heel gevoelig en daar houd ze rekening mee, ze werkt rustig en houd rekening met mijn gevoeligheid.

Rita is excellent as always. She's always friendly, professional and clean. My nails are beautiful as always and she puts a lot of care when she does your nails.

After 3 visits,I decided to change salons. She was understanding about a missed appointment, no charges.
However, service is unprofessional with painful over-filing, incomplete work (poor edges/tips), and rude comments. I paid extra for a nail repair that broke after 4 days, no offer to fix it.Charges extra if not returning within 4 weeks, pushes specific payment methods to avoid fees,has two cats (allergy warning). My nails were damaged from excessive filing, confirmed by another professional.
