Robert is very friendly and has a nice salon. But, I told him I wanted the back a bit shorter and everywhere else just trimmed. I asked that he not cut the front short. I said I don’t use hairdryers and let my curls dry.
He cut the back shorter as requested, but he also cut the front short where I asked he not cut it short, and he left the top long. He used the hairdryer to style it in a style I would never wear, he told me I could find hairdryers in most hotels. Really? I now need a top trim.
