Robert is nice and friendly, the salon is small and nice, feels intimate and cozy. Products used are organic.
Robert has a lot of experience and maybe that came a bit in the way. He did not cut my hair the way I wanted it, nor styled it the way I wanted it. He was very confident in his "vision" for my hair and did just that. When I told him I was dissatisfied, instead of finding a way to work it out, he became quite rude and told me "if you don't like it, just pay and leave". He was so confident in his talent and his experience, that he did not focus on his customer's wishes and expectations. So if you are not a control freak and like to have someone cut your hair as they want, then I can only recommend Robert. But I'm going to someone else next week to get it fixed !

Gezellige ontvangst. Robert luistert goed naar wat de klant wil. Na het tonen van een aantal foto's wist hij hoe ik mijn haar wilde hebben en het is ook zo geworden. Ben erg tevreden en kom hier zeker terug. Prijs versus kwaliteit is goed.
