I had a full body massage and i can say that it helped my back. (i seat and work for hours on the computer). I felt the flow of blood in my whole body almost like releasing caged animals. I also noticed some of my muscles were activated and the tension in my shoulder reduced. Finally, I felt so relaxed and slept so well few night after the massage.

I had a very intens and deep back and shoulder massage. Now i feel moet space and i can more easely move my back. My arms and hands are feelings do much better. Energy flows again. Thanks!
