Ruchis holistic therapy. Where do I start. I already felt relaxed when I walked in with the soft calm music and atmosphere. Then i was met by Ruchi herself with a smile and welcome.
We had a quick chat about my problem and got right into the therapeutic head massage.
Have been suffering migraines and thought I would give it a try. Initially abit of pain due to how knotted up I was. Then relief slowly and magic hands.
I felt relaxed and would definitely go again for another head massage.

Ik heb erg genoten van de massage.
Adriana vroeg telkens of ze niet te hard masseerde, maar eigenlijk zag ze het zelf ook en vroeg er dan naar.
Na de massage waren al mijn spieren weer lekker los.
Dankjewel wel voor de fijne massage Adriana, ik kom zeker vaker langs.

Very good massage. Adriana knew what she was doing and kept checking if I was ok. I feel much better after the deep tissue massage, everything feels a lot more flexible now. Great job on your first massage!
