Been many times there. Booked 90min Reflexology. 1st (new) therapist was not capable of Reflex. 2nd (skilled) therapist today very unfriendly told me I should sleep and be silent. After ca. 3min actual Reflex. she continued regular foot massage. I requested more Reflex. and she stuck harshly in my foot causing pain. I decided to finish. They charged me 30min although I had only ca. 10min real massage. Long complaint via Email was answered in very ignorant manner, asking me not to come again.
