- The gel applied on the body was in an open ball kept outside and applied with the same stick that was already there probably from the previous person. Not hygienic at all.
- I was asked to pay only cash or by bank transfer on a personal account. no pin. very unprofessional.
- The treatment was not explained to me. Due to the fact it was my first time I wanted to know details about what to expect and results. Poor to non-existing English.
