Had longhair colour and cut with Adam, it was pretty good and we also had nice chat. However, at the check out I found out that he forgot to do the toner that I booked. At the end I was still asked to pay the price including the toner which I didn't do as he said I have more hair than normal volume and I should pay more for the colour anyways. This is too ridiculous!
