I feel they don't know how to do shorter styles. I asked for advise and didn't get any. The hairdresser was quite apathetic, no emotions, no communication. I had to ask to check the back because I saw it was not what I asked. She showed it to me and I pointed out it was not a straight line (what is asked for) but rounded. She cut again to correct it but was still rounded. I didn't feel asking was going to change anything, so I said that was enough. The drying was old-fashioned.

Sophie is een verademing. Ze snapt hoe ze mijn haar moet knippen om het het beste tot haar recht te laten komen. Of je nu dikke, kleine of grote slag in je haar hebt,ze haalt het beste uit je eigen krul naar voren. Zelfs met mijn dunne krulhaar loop ik altijd blij de salon uit Sophie werkt efficiënt en optijd. Wel een afspraak inplannen. Esther
