Had to wait for 50 minutes to be attended. Since the other customers were also delayed the hairdressers were running and trying to do several clients at once, with people waiting with wet hair for a long time. Although the website said that Samy would be the hairdresser, he wasn’t there and someone else cut my hair. It was difficult to communicate with him and I ended up having a haircut that I didn’t like, so now I need to wait for the hair to grow. I won’t repeat the experience.
