Booked and paid upfront. Upon arrival the masseuse said she was fully booked and couldn’t help me. She said to contact the salon contact details for a refund and then left. I called the number and heard the phone ring while I was alone in the lobby… Tried contacting them through WhatsApp but didn’t get a reply. So no massage and no refund? Very bad service even though it was their mismanagement.

Wij hadden een duo massage gehad. Verwarmde bedden. Opbouw en massage techniek was echt heel goed. Was onze eerste keer bij Sara Thai. Wij komen zeker weer terug!
