Second visit very different than my first visit. The lady seemed distracted and sad and it reflected on the treatment. I had booked a facial but my blackheads etc were not cleaned because I was the told I did not have any! and I was given a face massage for half an hour. I had a herpes on my lip and even though the lady knew about it, she kept touching it and thr rest of my face and eyes anyway with her bare hands. She realized I wasn't comfortable about it but continued. First appointment was really good but the second a letdown. I gave 3 stars just for the sake of first treatment.
