Had a treatment a couple of weeks ago, already emailed them asking for a partial refund but no answer 2 weeks later so I will write this here.
I went for a wax at your salon today, and had a bit of a bad experience. I had booked for a brazillian, legs, underarms, and eyebrows.
I've had many waxes in the past, but have not had one for a while due to moving to Amsterdam. So my hair in my private region was a bit long. The person who was going to do the wax scolded me for not having trimmed , which made me feel rather uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong. And the actual waxing ended up being so painful, that we had to stop, and do my legs/arms first. Waxes are of course never comfortable, but this wax was extremely painful, and the person doing it seemed to approach it very half-assed, which didn't help.
Due to not feeling comfortable, I ended up bailing early, being told to just book a time another day. However given my experience, I'm not sure I'd be comfortable with going again. So I'm wondering if it'd be possible to do a partial refund, given the unfortunate circumstances?
(2 weeks later and still no reply to the email)
On top of that my private area and legs ended up all bruised from where it was waxed which has never happened even though I have been waxing since I was a teenager.
