This was not my first time for the face treatment, but it was for booking the sports massage. I’ve been struggling with my hernia for a few weeks now so I thought to give this a go. The massage itself is a bit more intense (unlike the relaxation one) but as soon as I left I could already feel the difference. I could walk easier and had less pain overall. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a bad back!
