I have tried many of the best places Amsterdam (and NL) have to offer, paying all kinds of prices, but in the end I always have to come back to Carlos. No one else knows how to design my look the way that I truly (wish) to see myself. Carlos takes as long as your treatment needs, always giving his best. I really believe Carlos is one of the few talented and humble artists out there and makes the trip from Amsterdam worthwhile every time. Wouldn't you do the same to look and feel your best?
