Haircut was just what I was looking for however once my hair was washed and dried, I waited over an hour to have my haircut despite having an appointment… and waiting on a chair for over an hour can feel like forever. All this while the place was not busy at all (but probably double booked 2 customers at the same time?). While I like the haircut I’d hope the venue is more respectful of their clients time. Especially when you book the appointment in advanc
