The location was clean, but I feel like it was a money grab. Although the ladies were nice, there was little to no explanation of what would happen, or of the products or the scalp scanning results, and the lady even forgot to show me the after view of my scalp. Also, I could see into their behind-the-scenes and found buckets of cleaning water in the bathroom. I also understand that there is no blow-out, but for a treatment at this cost, if you have wavy or curly hair, you will not be content.
