The experience felt impersonal and speedy. From my past experiences at salons here, when shaping is done they'll show you the results in a handheld mirror. That's not the case here, so I am unable to view the result and request for tweaks. I was told to just look at a mirror outside and it felt like there's no opportunity to make adjustment. I have no big complaint about the results but I feel that my brows could do more trimming. The whole process felt rushed.
