Shakira is very professional, skilled, precise and careful with lashes (which is most important to me) and gives great advice. Lashes are great quality as well.

I’m sorry to say that my experience wasn’t good. After the lash lifting my eyes were so irritated that I barely could sleep that night, and had red eyes and pain for 1,5 days. I didn’t open my eyes at all, so my guess is that the liquid is so strong that whenever a minor amount leaks in it’s bad. Also the lifting didn’t work fine on one eye. When I contacted Shakira saying about the eye situation she said that it didn’t look that bad. Not acknowledging it. I don’t recommend it.
