It was my first time at shiatsu massage and I had a great experience. First bodywork/massage session ever where I have felt immediate results and relief during the treatment. I love that this is not "your regular massage", but a treatment that combines the body, mind and soul. Laureen was also very sweet, friendly and caring practitioner. I felt comfortable, safe and supported throughout the whole session.

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had! She is so insightful and knowledgeable. I suffer from chronic pain but I came out feeling so much better:) She’s also very sweet and makes sure you feel relaxed. Thank you again!!
