The Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage was perfect !!! I told the lady that I have had a problem with the back and she focused on the area. The pain is gone !!! The massage is incredible. I felt like a new person afterwards. Best massage I have ever had.

The massage was boring, monotonous and not even symmetrical. Felt like the masseuse had learned it from a YouTube video. It was also very impersonal- they did not even ask upfront if I had anything specific or if they needed to consider anything.
