When I arrived my booking was not in the salon notebook, although it was in the system. There was another client booked at the same time. We waited until the end of the other client, and apparently the hair dresser made the hair cut in a hurry, The haircut was not so good in the end, maybe also because it was a kid's hair cut and my son was already tired of waiting and he was not cooperating a lot. It was a second time at the salon and in the first time the haircut was ok.
