I went to Skinby for the first time but even though I booked eyebrow shaping and facial treatments separately, she combined them and said she needed to shorten my facial treatment time because shaping takes too much time?!? I told her to leave my eyebrow as it is since I went there for treatment. She accidentally dropped wax into my hair afterwards and took extra time to remove it. In the end she didn't complete my facial treatment on time, she did unfortunately less. I think you should give more details about eyebrow shaping on your website and it's clear that you do not have an eyebrow specialist and instead your facialists are trying to do it but they don't know it well. Unfortunately i am not happy with the service…

Hele fijne professionele kliniek met goede kennis over de producten. Er wordt heel goed naar je huid gekeken en je krijgt een behandeling op maat naar je huidtype. Er wordt ruim de tijd genomen voor een goede diepte reiniging. Na iedere behandeling heb ik een stralende schone huid. En een extra massage is ook enorm aan te raden. Tijdens gezichtsmasker heerlijk gemasseerd.

Had 1uur geboekt.Behandeling begon 8 minuten te laat.De dames stonden samen te kletsen in de behandelkamer.Wij waren 10 min. v.d behandeling begon aanwezig.De massage v. nek schouders was matig.Tijdens intrekken masker liep ze weg, voor 130 per uur.

My left eye didn’t work. She tried again, didn’t work. When i came home, my left eye was with full of glue. When i lived in Amsterdam, I had eyelashes lift. It was super beautiful and lifted. I woke up this morning. It looks horrible. One lifted, the other not. Looks terrible. It was more expensive than i had that before. Waste of money. That makes super sad.
