I had an appointment with Anastacia to fill my gel nails and have gellak as well. So she doesn’t talk English nor Dutch making it hard to communicate. Also she didn’t ask how much shorter I wanted my nails. Treatment overall was ok. Although it is not exactly the shape I wanted and I feel like some nails are really “thick”. At my regular salon it looks more natural I would have to say. Not completely unsatisfied but not completely satisfied either.

In deze salon heb ik voor het eerst biab geprobeerd en ik ben inmiddels al vaker teruggekomen. Ik ben elke keer tevreden met het resultaat en het blijft lang zitten. Verder is de salon schoon en zijn de vrouwen die er werken vriendelijk en ze nemen echt de tijd voor je. Aanrader :)

I highly recommend Smart Beauty Lab and Elena, in particular! She is a true professional and does her job with great accuracy. Elena is extremely friendly and makes an extra step for the client. I am always happy with my nails when I leave my treatment, and they last long. Will definitely come back!
