Really bad manicure. Soaking liquid for my manicure was cold water - which doesn't help soften cuticles. Manicurist was aggressive and rough on cuticles, leaving me with areas on my fingers that were tender and have encouraged hang nails along my cuticle line. Didn't know how to properly file my nails - left them rough. After the filing was "done" my fingers were covered in nail dust and the manicurist put cuticle oil on top of the dust. Without even washing or rinsing dust off. Shocked - so bad

Allebei mijn grote teennagels waren eraf gevallen en ik ging net op vakantie, en ze hebben het echt zo mooi gemaakt met acryl en gellak! Had niet verwacht dat ze er nog iets van konden maken :) zelfs met kitesurfen bleef het goed zitten! Helemaal happy!

I came here few times.1.; the 45 mins treatment turned out 1,5H . I was late from work!
2.; they charged me in the saloon almost double amount for made up things, what wasn’t even on the price list.
3.; I booked me appointment and payed 3weeks upfront. The day of the treatment I got a message asking me if I can come 1,5 H earlier than my appointment! I replied I cannot. When I showed up on my actual time, made me wait 35 mins because they double booked my appointment anyway! Never again!!!
