The manicurist was friendly, and the place was cute.
However, they were running late for my appointment so I had to wait over 15min to be helped. Most importantly, she was about to use tools that were not disinfected! I had to ask her to disinfect them first, and she sprayed them and cleaned them with a tissue after. When I asked to use a new nail file she lied and told me they didn't have any. When I said I would buy one then one magically appeared. She did clean my nails very well.

I had to wait 30 minutes to start my treatment because there was too many customers for the staff. Staff was rude and kept squeezing my fingers. The end result was nice I got acrylics with French tips but I’m not going back.

Walked away very happy with my nails. Jane was very professional and made sure I’m satisfied by every detail. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Id be back next month for sure.
