There was also someone else waiting for more than 20 minutes before I arrived. I told the manicurist to be more gentle with my nails as she rushed the removal because she needed it to finish as well someone else, she did not listen my nails are so weak thank to that now.

Really bad atmosphere, very rude. Wouldn't acknowledge me, just kept staring at phone even though nobody else was there waiting. Really very rude at the end, I ended up leaving without them even saying goodbye.
