Sophie is a very warm, welcoming and professional massage therapist. The treatment felt like a highly personalised one. The massage itself was perfect; I did not know a massage that felt so gentle could do so much with my body. I felt super relaxed for quite a while after (I recommend not having anything on after your treatment). In the days after the massage I still felt like my body was undergoing the effects of the treatment and that goes for my emotional body as well. I will definitely be booking again.

I have visited Sophie several times and I always feel I received the treatment I needed. As a good massage professional, she always starts with a discussion, in order to put into perspective both my emotional and body state. Then we recognize what area needs to be taken care of and we agree to focus on it. She is very easy to talk to, she will make you smile and she is very perceptive of your needs, which is not an easy thing to do in this profession. I recommend trying a session with her, as you will learn something new about you and your relationship to your body.
