I see Sophie once a month as part of my self care routine. She has this incredibly calming, grounding energy. Each visit, we design the massage based on whatever my needs are at the time. Physical and emotional. Often I walk in feeling stressed and I walk out deeply relaxed, grounded and restored. Highly, highly recommend.
