It was the worst experience ever with waxing: 1) I booked my visit through Treatwell. At Treatwell it was 35 euros, then the salon took 45 euros. No one explained. 2) It was 100% unprofessional. The employee of this salon did the procedure for the first time (or second). So it was tremendously hurtful and slow. So at some point, I had to ask to finish one area and not to go to the gentle parts. If someone does not know how to do the procedure, why do I have to pay for it?

Not great! I had booked with Eliza and ended up with someone else. Towels and equipment was dirty and used. Was booked for a pedicure and made an excuse that I didn’t have time as refused to endure it with equipment that hadn’t been sterilized or new nail files. I got home and removed the polish straight away as it was terrible and badly streaked and oainted. Very disappointing
