At first, I didn't want to leave the review. I was the regular client. However, I am after the fixing haircut at a different salon. From "only ends" through terrible layers on the left side and now to fix it... 8cm shorter hair. Basically what I grew for a year, is gone. It is not the first time when I had doubts about the haircut, but this time was unacceptable. The colouring was fine.
