The Service has been better. Getting asked to have a drink, or get hair washed did not happen anymore. In the end I got returned my coat but not my backpack. Maybe small things, but they made a difference. I asked to keep the hair every where as long as possible and over the ears, just to get it back in shape. It started ok, but ended with super short hair, not covering the ears and only the top was kept relatively long. I took bruises home from the shaving machine in my neck and ears hurt from
