I had appointments booked for 1:30 which had all been confirmed, no issues regarding that time slot. I traveled all the way there, arrived and the waxer said she is on her lunch, she is not able to complete my treatment. She is also unable to reschedule because they’re fully booked. I am aware rest is important but, its important to check your schedule for your clients beforehand. Waste of travel cost and time. I do not recommend.
