the place it is not very clean. on the basement there is a hairdresser and you have to walk up the stairs to reach the small studio. there are hairs everywhere. also I had a walk and she did not change the towel on the bed. thanks wax was good. however for the rreasons above, Iwill not go back!

Very careless with my nails, broke 3 of my acrylic nails and didn’t even ask what I wanted before we began. While electric filing my nails it slipped several times which was painful. I spent €30 euro on the treatment and even though she was aware of breaking my nails and completely removing one of my acrylics she did not offer to fix it and charged me extra for removing the shellac.
