Ik ben nog niet eerder zo blij geweest na een bezoek bij de kapper! Kostas had aandacht voor mij en mijn haar en hij legde al zijn stappen uit. Hij gaf advies en hij heeft na mijn afspraak al dit advies en de doorlopen stappen voor mij opgeschreven en gemaild, zodat ik deze thuis zou kunnen herhalen. Echt een super fijne ervaring!
