We arrived and were told that our appointment, which I had made online, had not been registered. When I showed the confirmation email and text message received, my daughter was (somewhat grumpily) taken to the sink, but whithin seconds the hairdresser examined her attentively and declared that she possibly had nits and that she could not be treated. I was not convinced then and still have not noticed any lice...
So the least I can say is that it was very convenient to «discover» nits at that moment, no matter how humiliating and disappointing it was to my daughter ... definitely not a good experience !
