It was my second experience at the Salon and unfortunately it went less well. I understand that clients can hear about problems with their hair, but it is nicer to go away from the salon with more confidence and happiness about the hair. Therefore, maybe avoid to say 3 problems about a clients hair within 10 min. At home I saw that the left and right sides of the hair have 1-2cm difference, so not at same length.

De kapster die mij heeft geknipt was erg vriendelijk en heeft goed geluisterd naar mijn wensen. Ik kreeg handige tips en ben erg tevreden met het eindresultaat.
